Return and Refund Policy

We always aim to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchase. Skai’s Kreations does not offer refunds on any products unless an error is made by us. In the event you receive an item that has an error that’s has been made by Skai’s Kreations, please send an email to contact@skaiskreations.com. Please be sure to include what the error is and a clear picture of the item. All items are customized according to each customer and exchanges are not allowed.
